These terms cover your use of this website and, at a high level, how engagements with Hue & Code ("we", "us") work. Individual projects are governed by their own written proposal or agreement, which takes precedence over this page.

Using this website

Content on this site is provided for general information about our services and past work.
Portfolio items are shown as examples of work delivered; the underlying products, brands and trademarks belong to their respective owners.
You may not scrape, republish or misrepresent content from this site as your own.

Project engagements

Every project starts with a written scope: deliverables, timeline and price agreed before work begins.
Changes to scope are agreed in writing before they affect timeline or cost.
Unless a project agreement says otherwise, final deliverables belong to the client after full payment, and we may show the finished work in our portfolio.

No warranties on site content

We keep this website accurate and current, but it is provided "as is" without warranties. Statistics such as launch counts reflect our records at the time of writing.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of this website. Liability within a project engagement is defined in that project's agreement.
