This page explains what information Hue & Code ("we", "us") collects when you visit this website or contact us, and how we handle it.

What we collect

• Information you send us. When you email us or submit an enquiry, we receive your name, email address and whatever you write. We use it only to reply and discuss your project.
• Basic technical data. Like most websites, our hosting provider may log standard request data (IP address, browser type, pages visited) for security and performance.
• Usage analytics. We use Microsoft Clarity to understand how visitors use the site — pages viewed, clicks, scrolling, device type and approximate location (city/country). Clarity may replay how a page was used; anything you type is masked by default and we do not learn your name from it. It uses a cookie to tell returning visitors apart. See Microsoft's privacy statement.
• Live chat. If you use the chat button, the conversation and anything you choose to share (like your name or email) is processed for us by tawk.to so we can reply. It also uses a cookie to keep your chat history together.

What we do not do

• We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information.
• We do not run advertising trackers on this site.
• We do not send marketing email unless you ask to hear from us.

Third-party content

Some content on this site loads from third-party services: web fonts (Fontshare, Google Fonts), technology logos (Simple Icons), video thumbnails (YouTube), website preview images, live chat (tawk.to) and analytics (Microsoft Clarity). Those services may see your IP address when your browser requests their files, governed by their own privacy policies.

How long we keep enquiries

Project enquiries are kept for as long as needed to discuss and deliver work, or until you ask us to delete them.

Your choices

You can ask us at any time what information we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it. Write to hello@hue-code.com.

Changes

If this policy changes, the new version will appear on this page with an updated date.
